All strainers are fabricated to the exact design needs of each client and project. We can even meet the same requirement of ACRS strainers with FRP vessels for maximum corrosion resistance in seawater or process applications. Our scraper design does not require an external feed of clean water for contaminant removal and the scraper’s automatic operation and self-cleaning features make for practically no maintenance. Our vessels are ASME, PED and GOST.
ACME Engineering Products manufactures three distinct product lines:
- Gas detection systems for building ventilation control. ACME offers a full range of gas detection products that will meet the demands of even the most complex Carbon Monoxide and Nitrogen Dioxide applications.
- Process heating equipment for large commercial and industrial applications. We have a wide range of standard product boilers but distinguish ourselves by providing custom solutions with ease and minimal additional cost. ACME has always produced packaged solutions that include controls and instrumentation.
- Automatic scraper-strainers for intake, process, and effluent filtration. ACME has been manufacturing Automatic Scraper Strainers since the Mid-1980s. Widely recognized for our design flexibility, our units are designed to remove solids from 150mm in size down to 50-micron particles.
