We provide nearly every type of precision special application tooling in the OEM and Repair industries from combination multi-station assembly inspection fixtures, Multi-station grind fixtures, Dial, Digital & Electronic Transducer Indicator Tools, Gages & Fixtures, Flush pin gages, Functional gages, Machining or Inspection Tooling, Tooling solutions include Milling, Turning, Grinding, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, Laser, Welding and Coating. Our design and build includes true position, piston, piston ring, plug gages, laser, depth, concentricity, flush pin and functional gages. All types of turbine blade and vane applications for tip length, twist, bow, cord width, root form, contour, shroud, max thickness, platform, midspan, concave and convex guillotine inspection and seal slot gages. Drop check and Segment Fixtures. Heat treat, expansion and forming tools. We provide gaging for military arms and special machining for research and development of telecommunications radar antenna and precision components of all descriptions.

We follow customer line-ups and part prints in our designs to achieve required specifications. We follow simple long established methods of communication and documentation that our experience has proven to furnish the best possible results. Our build only services are predicated on a vast knowledge and history of close tolerance machining and gage making standards.

Our Quality Manual is predicated on standards established by automotive, aircraft and military industrial standards dating back to the 1940’s and 1950’s and routinely revised and updated to current standards of quality and documentation that comply with todays ISO requirements for tooling and production.
