We deal mainly in the low to medium annual volume runs - typically 1,000-5,000 per year. Our molding process are injection, compression, and transfer molding. Secondary and subassembly capabilities include ultrasonic operations, inserting, drilling, testing, assemblies, bonding, blasting, tumbling, tapping, milling and overmolding. Thermoset shot ceiling is 1-1/2 lbs. Thermoplastic shot ceiling is 6 oz.
