Designer and manufacture of complex metal components and assemblies. As a QS-9000 company we have provided customers with precision-engineered solutions to pressure vessel and storage tank applications, as well as metal forming, stamping and complex assembly challenges. Production of both ferrous and non-ferrous material including low- and high-carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, Monel and copper. Process Capabilities are low-volume specialized stampings, medium-volume stampingsand high-volume repetitive stampings. Equipment capabilities are: press sizes from 35 to 2,000 ton, material thickness from .002” to .75”, small- to large-bed presses up to 194” and multi-strip stamping and assembly. Ancillary processes are: assembly,drilling, riveting, piercing, welding (robotic, MIG& resistance), tapping, heat treating, bending & rolling, surface finishing powder coating, painting nad plating.
