We are a Plastic Fabrication & Repairs Service located by Dundalk Ontario (between Orangeville and Owen Sound) Think of us as a Sheet Metal Shop but working with plastic capable of cutting, bending, CNC routing, forming and welding. Our facility is setup to fabricate small to larger quantities (from one to thousands). Plastic welding includes high density polyethylene, UHMW, polypropylene, polycarbonate, ABS, PVC etc. We built custom tanks for the plating, water treatment, chemical storage and food processing industries and agriculture just to name a few. Other applications of plastic fabrication include chute liners, tanks, tank liners, storage bins, hopper bins, penning for the pet industry, gas and water tanks for the marine industry, Pet Industry, Pontoons for boat docks and floating pads, etc., etc.
Repair Service:
We offer this service as a repair of cracked or broken products parts, in general costing only a fraction of replacing the part and often times much sooner than waiting for parts, parts no longer available or making original parts with a weakness in design stronger by giving extra support. We can also make changes or weld fittings etc. onto existing tanks and products. . Experience the Savings, our work is fully guaranteed. We can arrange to do it while you wait, will do work on site if it is not practical to bring it to us.
