Structural metal & plate steel fabricating service. Shearing – Sheet and Plate: capabilities of shearing mild steel and stainless steel up to 12’-0’’ wide. Press Break Forming: capabilities up to 400 ton x 20’-0’’, press break having capabilities up to 220 ton x 12’-0’’. Three sheet and plate rolls having capacities up to 4" thick. Structural Rolling: Three structural rolls having capacities up to 6’’ x 6’’ angle, 6’’ pipe, 12’’ channel, and 12’’ beam. Plate and Sheet Punching: Two hydraulic punches, with capacities up to 4 ½" diameter holes in 12 gauge sheet (smaller diameter holes may be punched through a thicker sheet/plate). One PullMax Circle Shear having a capacity of ¼" plate. Bevel plate up to 4" thick. Production welding: TIG, MIG, Stick, Submerged Arc, welders are certified and qualified as per AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX. Production drilling requirements with Carlton 13" x 5'-0" Radial Arm Drill Press. Services available for laser cutting, plasma cutting and heavy structural rolling up to 36’’ beams.
