Gemini Manufacturing and Engineering has capabilities within all realms of CNC machining, precision sheet metal fabricating, lathe & mill work. ISO9002 compliant, they machine plastics, aluminum, carbon steel and stainless steel, amongst others. Mechanical shearing is available for sheet thickness from 0.020 through 0.250 up to 8 feet wide. We can hold cut size tolerances as close as plus or minus 0.010. Tighter tolerances are available upon request. Punching available for sheet thickness from .020 to .250 with a maximum blank size of 50” X 72”. Single station punches and various hand punching capabilities also available. Welding capabilities include tig welding, mig welding and spotwelding on aluminum, stainless steel and coldrolled steel along with other metals.
