Automated gas nitriding service for all industrial applications. Computer controlled gas nitriding is used to enhance corrosion resistance, increase surface strength and service life of high-value parts of varying dimensions, small or large production runs. Computer controlled gas nitriding increases resistance to wear and corrosion, and improves fatigue strenth of parts. The zero-distortion process results in a finished product of precise dimensions and tolerance of the original product. Nitreg(R) technology is a patented technology which is used world-wide, by the best surface treating companies. The Nitreg(R) process is a preferred substitute for carburizing, ion itriding, salt bath nitriding, offering the benefit of no distortion and eliminating costly finish grinding. Typical applications include machined parts, castings, forgings, stampings; serving industries such as aerospace, defense, tool & die, oil drilling, mining, paper milling, machining, and automotive.
