In 1995, Computer Integrated Machining, Inc. began with one CNC mill in a garage in San Diego's east county. After six months of increased sales we purchased a conventional mill and moved into an 800 square foot building. We then continued to grow and within a year had moved into an 1800 square foot facility where we acquired a new Haas VMC and a Sharp Lathe. In December of 1997, we moved again into a new larger facility. At this location we acquired an additional VMC and began to strengthen our quality procedures; developing a QA manual and revising shop travelers. Eighteen months later, we moved into a 5000 sq. ft. facility. At this facility we increased our manufacturing capabilities to include 4 CNC Vertical Milling Machines and 3 Wire EDMs. We purchased a CMM and Optical Comparator for Inspection and acquired numerous machines for crafting precision finishes. In the summer of 2006, we moved into our current 9000 sf facility.
