T. J. Snow Company has been family owned and operated for 5 decades. We are ready to meet all your Resistance Welding requirements , spanning machinery, parts and service. In addition to all types of standard resistance welders, we can supply customized, complex Multi-Gun Resistance Welders. Also, we offer one most diversified inventories of resistance welding supplies and accessories in the world.

Machinery & Equipment:

• We design and build a broad range of standard and special production welders, from single station machines to complex systems incorporating many functions in addition to welding. We also design and assemble stand-alone special Welding Fixtures and Tooling to meet customer’s requirements.
• We offer all types of standard resistance welders, both new, used and truly Remanufactured. Our inventory includes standard Single Phase and Three Phase Machines, such as Press Type Projection & Spot Welders, Rocker Arm Type Spot Welders, Bench Type Projection & Spot Welders, Seam Welders and Flash/Butt Welders.

Service & Training

• When your welder is down, our service technicians are available to travel to your plant on short notice, often the same day. They carry special instrumentation and spare parts required to troubleshoot and correct your problem fast.
• In addition to in-plant service, we also repair most major brands of welding controls at our facility in Chattanooga at rates that are at a fraction of the cost of factory repair rates. Welding transformer repair, rewinding and exchange services are also offered.
• Resistance Welding Seminars are offered by our Service Department nationwide. Customized, focused classroom and hands-on training is offered at your facility or ours. T. J. Snow’s Resistance Welding Seminars provide customers with a better understanding of the Principles of Resistance Welding, allowing them to often troubleshoot problems on their own.

Part & Supplies

• We supply spot and nut welding electrodes, seam welding wheels, welding transformers, welding controls, weld monitoring equipment, re-circulating water chilling units, and copper rod and bar stock. We also have a large, diverse selection of new and used / rebuilt / guaranteed welding transformers and welding controls. With such a large inventory, most orders are shipped the same day the order is received.
• We stock components manufactured by all major manufacturers of supplies and accessories, such as Tuffaloy, CMW, Luvata, Tipaloy, RoMan, Watteredge, Entron, WTC, Medar, Technitron, Unitrol, ARO, Schreiber, Lutz, Electrode Dresser, MTA, etc.
• As an added capability, we machine special resistance welding electrode and tooling requirements quickly by our full service CNC machine shop.
