All high-speed electrode manufacturing is done in-house to meet customer’s critical delivery schedules. EDM applications include metric and inch hole threading, forging dies, small burr-free hole drilling, manufacturing of medical implant aids, form tools and oblique rack cutters, flow holes for aerospace fuel components, stamping die and punch forms, plastic injections inserts and molds, machining of turbine blade configurations and machining of exotic and hardened materials.
