Extra charge for heat treating to grade 5. Zip washers -extra thick, all machined from cold rolled 12L14 steel with beveled edge. Inside diameter is 1/64" to 1/32" over size of bolt. Zip Hex Nuts - case hardened, extra thick and machined from12L14 bar stock. Zip Flanged Nuts - extra thick, all machined from cold rolled 12L14 steel with beveled edge. Inside diameter is 1/64" to 1/32" over size of bolt. Zip Extension Nuts - all machined from 12L14 cold finished hex bar stock. Used as a coupling nut with studs to lengthen bolts.
