C&H Die manufactures aluminum die castings from Temple, Texas, and Monterrey, Mexico, using the following processes: High Pressure Aluminum Diecasting, Diecast Process Engineering, CNC Machining, Pressure Testing, Impregnation, Finishing, and Sub-Assembly. C&H Die Casting is ISO 9001-2000 certified for Fabrication and Machining of Die Castings. C&H provides real-time x-ray of diecast parts helps control porosity, spectrometer that guarantees the purity of the aluminum chemistry, and a a computerized SPC Data Collection Network that collects quality control information. Equipment includes; Diecast Machines: 35 Cold Chamber Die Cast Machines (26 in Temple, 9 in Monterrey); 1200 ton die press, 900 ton die press - 5 in Temple, 2 in Monterrey, 700 ton press - 18 in Temple, 5 in Monterrey; 450 ton press - 2 in Temple, 2 in Monterrey. Die making process utilizes Automated Work Cells , Computerized Central Process Monitoring and Control of Diecast Shot Parameters, Prince Vacuum System, Heli-Arc Welding Facility, Lathes, Grinders, Mills, Vibratory Stress Relieving, Statistical Process Control; GageTalker Data Collection, Coordinate Measuring Machines, and an Air Decay Pressure Test In Temple.
