Services include precision sawing, milling, drilling, tapping, broaching, countersinking & finishing. Facilities include 12-foot CNC rack machines, CNC gear hobbers, CNC lathes, CNC saws, CNC machining centers, CNC cylindrical & thread grinders & CNC gear checkers.
STOCK GEAR RACKS available in 14 1/2? and 20? pressure angles in 4-foot, 6-foot, and 12-foot lengths. All of our STOCK RACKS are made from low carbon cold drawn steel with the same care and precision as our custom gears & racks.
