Reiss Manufacturing Inc is the oldest and one of the largest specialist in heat cured silicone rubber manufacturing. (Since 1896) Debt free company / ISO and TS16949. We custom formulate, mill and mix silicone, fluorosilicone and Fluorocarbon rubber to meet your needs or to meet specification. Un-cured compound is supplied to molding, extruders and fabricating companies that need a compounding source. Our Ronsil rubber Davison extrudes small to large profiles, tubing, cord, strips and custom shapes in solid and sponge. Many profiles are vulcanized to make a custom gasket or seal. We offer 4 types of molding process to help meet product quality and cost objective; Compounds offered Silicone, Fluorosilicone, EPDM, EPR, Fluorocarbon and more are formulated to meet a custom demand or to meet spec. Products mfg are: gaskets, seals, o-rings, grommets, bellows, spacer, grips, shielding products, conductive, insulation. Tube, wraps and more. Calendered continuous sheet is offered in 36” wide and 12” precession thickness. Laminates with other material are offered and die cut or water jet cut part are offered from fabrication. Metal machined parts and products are assembled. Fabrication includes cutting, packaging, splicing, notching, bonding, and more. Kentron plastics specializes in extruded thermal plastic profiles and tubing. Santoprene, FPVE, RPVC, HIPDS, ABS. TPE ,HDPE, PE and more are offered.
