Delta Centrifugal Corporation produces centrifugally cast tubes in over 300 alloys, including 200 grades of stainless steel, nickel, cobalt, and copper based alloys. Furnaces are certified to plus or minus 10 degrees, and have been approved by such industries as Aerospace, Petrochemical, and Nuclear. Castings are available "as cast", "rough" machined or "finished" machined. Sizes produced range from 3" to 32" in diameter in lengths up to 150 inches long. Delta has an inventory of over 350 molds. Other services include CNC machining, CNC turning, CNC honing, water jet cutting, deep hole boring. Delta Centrifugal finish machines products for pumps, valves, oil field, food processing, defense, and the nuclear industries. Delta is an approved manufacturer under 10 CFR 50, App. B by G.E. Nuclear, Sulzer Bingham Pumps, Flowserve, Hayward Tyler and Masoneilan (Dresser Flow Control)
