Custom metal fabrication, certified welding, and precision machining. Prototypes and short run production of small parts through large weldments. DFI is certified to weld aluminum, stainless steel 4130, carbon and nickel alloys, as well as exotic materials such as Inconel, Monel, Hastalloy, and Magnesium. Our quality control is in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 with AS9100:2009 Rev. C.. A few welding certifications we hold are AWS D 14.1, AWS D17.1, D1.1, D1.2, ASME B31.1, and Navsea 278/S9074-AQ-GIB-010/248. Our Lockheed welding certifications include STP 55-104, 2ZZP00013 – F-35, AWS D17.1, FPS-1095, and MIL-STD-2219. Dynamic Fabrication is ITAR Registered.
