Du-Call Miller is a family started, owned, & operated multiform plastic molding operation. Du-Call Miller Plastics is a client focused forward thinking operation. Historically, Du-Call Miller has embraced concept oriented designs. In the 1980's Du-Call coordinated with a rowing athlete to develop a more cost effective and efficient way of increasing strength through plastic design. Du-Call helped develop a personal training rowing shell out of plastic. The model sustained itself for many years before being retired (an original is hanging above the Du-Call production floor, see link). Du-Call Miller Plastics specializes in Vacuum and Heat-form plastic molding. We have three mass production molding machines as well as a custom form cutter. Some of our main clientele have been of innovative spirit. We have produced everything from the first prototype toilet for NASA to the external shell of the famed Battletech game located at Navy Pier, as well as strong clear plastic holding trays for one of the worlds most pronounced ice sculptures, to the functional innovative form covering to protect your electrical system from flood waters. Du-Call Miller Plastics embraces innovative and challenging designs. We have also participated in several community and volunteer projects. Most recently we worked with the City of Lisle to create a hot air baloon form that was then painted by citizens and businesses in the community and each was then put on display around the town.
