We use the most modern manufacturing techniques available such as cellular manufacturing to ensure the highest quality product leaves our facility. Our main manufacturing facility in Farmingdale, New York operates 16-20 hours per day using two full time shifts and a second facility is now located in Boyne City, Michigan. We are certified as Aeorospace AS 9001 and QMS Standard as well as being an SEA and a AGMA member. Gear cutting, milling, and turning. Manufacture gears up to 16 inches in diameter, machine parts up to 10 inches diameter, and work on castings as large as 1 foot cube.
