Welcome to J.D. Machine Parts, Inc., a supplier of precision machine parts and custom fabrications located in Vineland, NJ. The company was established by Joseph Di Mento in 1983, and began operations with a focus on providing quality precision parts and machining services to the surrounding glass & food processing industries.
In 2001, J.D. Machine Parts, Inc. moved to a 26,000 square foot location to increase production capacity on all CNC machine services as well as offering fabrication and assembly services to better serve our growing customer base.
Our core belief is that our success is reliant upon the success of our customers. It’s a firm mentality that keeps us focused on the big picture, and it’s a belief that has nurtured our company’s growth and stability for almost twenty-five years.
CNC Milling Centers
Our 3 and 4 axis CNC milling machines, with axis travels up to 20x24x40” are capable of manufacturing small to medium sized parts very efficiently with a high degree of precision. Whenever possible, we utilize multiple fixtures to increase productivity, thereby reducing cost.
Design and Fabrication
We have the capability to handle all phases of your projects ranging from design assistance and CAD to machining, welding, assembly and delivery.
CNC Turning Centers
Our 2 and 3 axis CNC turning centers, efficiently manufacture high quality parts maintaining close tolerances.
Small Quantity Milling/Turning
Consider no job too small! With our family of Prototrak machines, we can efficiently manufacture complex parts without the usual time-intensive setup normally associated with fully-automated CNC equipment.
