Suspended Solids Density Meters enable operators to adjust fluid, particulate, and chemical usage for preferred concentrations, program underflow pumps to automatically shut off before sludge becomes too thin, allow density to be optimized and polymer dosing adjusted to improve the performance of filter presses, centrifuges and digesters; used in tanks, pipelines, SBRs, and sand/membrane filters, even in concentrations too thick for optical methods; no permits needed for this non-radioactive, non-intrusive ultrasonic sensor.
Automatic Duckbill Composite Sampling Systems allow users to program controllers to sample based on time or a flow meter, facilitating the monitoring of effluent for regulatory compliance; can move complete samples up high lifts (over 24m/79ft) & over long runs (more than 30m/98ft), and can collect from multiple sites simultaneously; used for tanks, sewers, open channels, and sumps (even in freezing temperatures), using compressed air, not pumps.
