Shipped in one piece. Minimal installation costs. Just hook up to electrical and gas and ready to melt. Our patented "SuperMelt" tilting rotary furnace is mounted on a SWIVEL base to allow pouring around the base's perimeter to various locations. The furnace pours to one location, swivels around to pour to another location and continues to swivel around to dump dross.This greatly decreases cycle time, increases melt rate, and reduces energy consumption, flux usage, labor, and equipment. A 60,000 lb. aluminum capacity SuperMelt furnace was manufactured for ALCOA, Warrick operations.
The "FATBOY" tilting rotary furnace is a Package Unit, "Plug and Play", ready to set and put to work. Melting capabilities include aluminum, zinc, lead, copper, gold, silver, etc. A Hauck package burner system is used with up to 5M BTU's, door mounted. Any size is available to meet customer requirements.
We also engineer, design, and manufacture reverb furnaces, furnace charge machines, baghouse sytems, sow casters, ingot conveyors, hot metal pots and trailers for transport of aluminun, etc.
