Norampac is one of the leading manufacturers of corrugated products and folding boxes in the country. We directly manufacturer, custom and standard, corrugated boxes, made to order, in any size, configuration and board grade. In addition we also manufacture corrugated sheets and single faced corrugated rolls. Norampac is the largest containerboard producer in Canada and the 7th largest in North America. We also have un-matched flexo printing capabilties, (1-6 colors) and a large variety of converting equipment. Our award winning NorShield, the recyclable waxless box, designed for the packaging of vegatables, meat and fish, has placed us in the forefront of the green movement. Traditional wax, that is applied to corrugated boxes, is not water-soluble and although this makes it ideal for resisting moisture, these boxes are not recyclable. With a NorShield box, it is now possible to convert expenses incurred by the disposal of the waxed boxes into revenue associated with reclaiming corrugated materials. Certified for direct food contact under applicable legislation for several North American organizations, including CFIA and the FDA.
