We are a custom injection molder here in the Great Northwest, located just a few miles from Vancouver, Washington and Portland, Oregon, serving companies locally and nationwide. We offer mold building and part production per customer requirements whether it is short or long run. We can build your mold and run your parts all within one facility. We offer part/mold design assistance for those companies that are not familiar with injection molding, or need help in determining if injection molding is right for the product. We commonly mold and/or machine parts that are sub assemblies or components of a complete unit, although it depends on the product.
With our complete mold and machine shop environment using EDM and CNC machining as well as manual machines, we are able to build prototypes, jigs and fixtures, dedicated molds, modify existing tooling, machine production parts not suited to molding and second operations such as threading, milling, reaming and turning. We also have several "modular" mold housings of our own design, for smaller parts or parts that do not require a dedicated tool, this results in a greatly reduced mold cost for our customers and a quicker lead time to production.
We have molding machines from 28 ton up to 100 ton and up to 5 1/2 ounce shot. We process a wide variety of engineering resins including Nylon, Polycarbonate, ABS, Acetal and TPE and commodity resins such as polypropylene and polyethylene.
