Re-Upholstery
If you have padded pews, solid wood pews, or a padded seat with a hard wood back we can reupholster them or add upholstery to your pews. We only use the best materials that will ensure long lasting comfort and new look.
Foam - Seats 2 to 4 Backs 3/4" to 1 ? 1.8 lb per cu ft density high resiliency polyurethane foam padding self-extinguishing type with minimum ILD of 45 lb for seats and 32 lb for backs. Our process is more efficient than any other of our competitors while keeping in mind the needs and schedule of our customers. First, we disassemble the pews without compromising the structure of the pew. We strip the old materials down the bare wood and make sure every back and seat is in good condition structurally. Then start adding new foam and upholstery to the pews (see project gallery for our process). We always recommend adding new foam, this ensures a long lasting finish and removes all dust mites living in the old foam. We disassemble one section at a time and do not leave, until that section is complete. On most pews we average a minimum of 150 ft. per day, rebuilding seats, anchoring, refinishing, cutting down pews, and small repairs, are all things we can do to help your organization. Everything is done onsite and cleaned up every day. We have reupholstered all of the following: Pews, Chairs, Theatre chairs, Sound panels/crash pads, Couches, Kneelers, Restaurant booths.
Wood finishing and refinishing
Whether its pews, chairs, moldings, etc. We can finish or restore the finish to any wood service. We offer a spray finish and a wipe on finish, depending on what it is you need accomplished we will be happy to help you decide what will work best for your situation. We also offer touch-up clear coat services. This service is usually used to only maintain the original finish and is known as our wood maintenance service.
