About half of our business is insert molding, and our on time delivery rate is over 98%. are ISO-9001 and AS-9100 certified as well as ITAR registered. We deal mainly in the low to medium annual volume runs - typically 1,000-5,000 per year. Our molding process are injection, compression, and transfer molding. Secondary and subassembly capabilities include ultrasonic operations, inserting, drilling, testing, assemblies, bonding, blasting, tumbling, tapping, milling and overmolding. Thermoset shot ceiling is 1-1/2 lbs. Thermoplastic shot ceiling is 6 oz.
