Established in Los Angeles in 1968. The company's principal product lines are cooked deli meat products, prepared pizzas and frozen entrees. Rose & Shore manufactures products sold under the Rose & Shore, Stone Ridge Ranch, Toro Negro, American Smokehouse and Mercado Fresco brands. Rose & Shore also produces a wide range of private labels products. Rose & Shore brand cooked pastrami, roast Rose & Shore is a privately held company ebeef and corned beef is sold to distributors located throughout the Western United States for further sale to restaurants, delicatessens, service delis and other end users. Rose & Shore brand school food service entrees are sold to over 200 school districts in California. Stone Ridge Ranch brand retail products include pastrami, roast beef, corned beef, meatloaf, BBQ beef and pork products. American Smokehouse items include pork ribs, BBQ ribs and riblets with BBQ sauce. Toro Negro and Mercado Fresco items include carnitas, rice and beans. These products have distribution in large retail chains throughout the United States with a concentrated focus on the west coast. Rose & Shore is a niche pizza topper specializing in pizzas with unusual crusts and/or unique toppings and finishes. Working with local crust suppliers, the company tops many types of crusts which range in size from 5” to 18.” Toppings include traditional items such as cheese, sausage and pepperoni as well as hand placed items such as fresh and IQF vegetables, diced, shredded and portioned proteins (beef, chicken, pork) and dry ingredients. Rose & Shore co-packs meat items such as cooked beef, ribs, turkey, chicken and pork as well as center-of-the-plate items such as sandwiches, wraps, entrées and airline meals. These products are sold to retail accounts as well as institutional food service customers including quick serve restaurants, airlines and hotels.
