Zinc and Zinc Nickel Electroplating. Alloy plating offerings include zinc cobalt, zinc iron, zinc nickel and tin zinc. Roy Metal Finishing Company (RMF) is an ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certified electroplating job shop located in Greenville, South Carolina specializing in rack and barrel zinc and zinc alloy coatings for the automotive and aerospace industries. All plating comes with an excellent selection of trivalent passivates, sealers and topcoats. Trivalent passivates (chromates) come in clear, yellow and black. We currently supply plated parts to all of the major North American automotive industry producers - BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes, GM, Chrysler, Ford, Honda, Nissan and Toyota. We can be of assistance on a wide range of automotive and aerospace coating specifications. We have large tanks for rack parts up to 12 feet long and 60" barrels for large capacity barrel work. Our two highly automated facilities are located in the beautiful southeast in Greenville, South Carolina on the Interstate 85 corridor between Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia.
