We are proud to be affiliated with Robertson Building Systems as one of their authorized Builders. Founded in 1863, Robertson has 150 years of valuable growth-oriented experience in the construction industry. Their history with steel building systems assures that we have time-tested expertise on our side when we are developing and creating a building solution for you our customer. Kodiak started out selling Steel Buildings in Barrie, Ontario and learned the business. In the beginning we made that initial sales call for a small storage building and then graduating to the big ones. We sold everything from Storage Sheds to Aircraft Hangers and Hockey Arenas, it was exciting and our business grew. We were able to identify what type of building would be best suited to fulfill our client’s needs and we became proficient at putting quotes together in a correct and timely fashion. It was not long before we acquired the skills to erect the buildings we sold. At KODIAK we assist the client with the purchase of their new building, provide concrete foundation if necessary, erect the building and provide ongoing support when needed. KODIAK is owned by Travis Manklow and Ray Briscoe. Travis is based in Barrie, Ontario, Canada and oversees the Canadian sales operation and does all product quotations. He has significant sales experience and in-depth knowledge of the Steel Building business. Ray is in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA and is responsible for USA sales and worldwide marketing. He has over 30 years of successful business experience.
