Specializing in custom made tungsten carbide preforms in both Nickel and Carbide grades, including special cobalt Wire EDM grad, BC-12C. Basic Carbide Corp can produce a wide range of sizes and shapes of tungsten carbide products. Products are shipped as preforms, however, we do offer centerless grinding and limited surface grinding as a service to our customers. Our capabilities include: Large preforms, high quantity runs, special requests and processing and custom grads. We provide a wide variety of blanks for a wide variety of industries. Some of the part types we make and the industries we serve: seal rings, can tooling, forming rolls, powder compacting, stamping, saw blades, dies, cutters, drill blanks, bushings, rods, rock crushing, oil field, slitter knives, bed knives, wear parts, rotor knives, automotive, punches, milling tool blanks, plates, nozzels, seats, balls and more. In addition to these capabilities, Basic Carbide provides a fast turnaround for quotes and can provide rush turnaround of parts for emergency situations (we are still limited by the quality processes we must follow). We also have the flexibility to work with our customers in order to better serve their needs.
