Abbate Screw Products Utilizes over 60 Davenport Automatic Screw Machines. The Davenport is used for higher volumes and has 5 spindles with multiple slides, allowing this machine to produce parts quickly and efficiently.

The Brown & Sharp Automatic Screw Machine allowed Abbate to begin machining in 1974. Over 45 of these versatile single spindle machines are being used today for efficient, lower volume orders. Six spindle machines can be considered the big brother of the Brown and Sharps. Multiple spindles and slides are perfect for the larger diameter, larger volume components.

Our secondary department is capable of completing components that cannot be completed on our primary machines. Milling, drilling, and tapping, are just a few operations this department is capable of performing.

We are experts in producing tight tolerance components such as Cages, Spools, Sleeves, etc. Our parts washing systems allow Abbate to deliver clean, burr free components for those metal to metal seals. Cross drilling, honing, and grinding have been perfected for improved timing in valves. We currently produce appliance control components for many satisfied customers. Our versatility allows Abbate to produce parts made from a variety of materials including, Steel, Brass, Stainless, Aluminum, Copper, etc.
