Medical Packaging - We are registered with the FDA as a manufacturer of medical devices. Our extensive clean room environment equipped with the most technologically advanced machinery dedicated to the manufacture of thermoformed packaging for medical components. We will design and engineer your package utilizing the most suitable material for ETO/GAMA or autoclave sterilization & pharmaceutical applications. Customer's requirements for lid stock are also very important and integrated into this process.
Our services include design solutions, turnkey programs, engineering and tooling. We are a vertically integrated package company. The package is designed, engineered, developed, prototyped and sampled. All production tooling is manufactured and maintained in-house. Our thermoform tooling, radio frequency (RF) and heat seal tools are all computer CAD/CAM manufactured from solid aluminum.
