We are a custom manufacturer and repair facility for plastic parts and assemblies located in Fairfax, VA. We specialize in limited run, custom and prototype products for defense, maritime, and industrial applications. Our primary manufacturing and repair process is manual plastic welding. The products we focus on are plastic tanks and cases, either making them to your specification, or by modifying an existing tank or case. This can include modifying either the classic rotomolded tanks, or something more specialized like a Pelican or Hardigg style case. We have in house machining and CNC routing equipment, as well as waterjet cutting for non-plastic sheet goods.
