Altam Steel Dock Boards are fully welded and are designed to assist you in loading and unloading freight with a forklift at your loading dock. Our Standard Altam Dock Boards have only a single bend and a 2 (12"x12") lock legs. This dock board works well when the trip into the truck is up (dock lower than the truck floor). The all welded construction with the 5" high curbs allows you to custom fit our best offer to your application. Standard capacity 20,000# carry the ANSI certification. Higher capacities available.

How To Order
Choosing the correct length, width and capacity of your dock board help improve loading dock operations. Ordering is simple:
- Most forklifts are between 4 to 7 feet. To determine your width you will need to take your wheel base and add 12in - 18in or wider to ensure safety.
- Height of the highest truck (Most standard trailers are 55", most refrigerated and container trailers are 59")
- Dock Height.
- Type of loading equipment used. (IE. Forklift, Palletjack, etc)
- Does your forklift have oversized wheels? We can have the side curbs extended to your desired size from 5in that are standard on all units.
