CNC Machining with very tight tolerances (+/- .0005”), Laser Cutting handling precision cuts, odd shapes, short runs or high production runs – highest tolerances and producing quality edge. TIG Welding: specialize in welding thin aluminum (under .063” thickness) and all types of metals – multiple TIG Welding Stations. Forming: Hydroforming, Magneforming, Press Brake Bending and Tube Bending. Part examples: Aerospace Wing Ribs, Cabin Heat Boxes, UD-3 Fuel Caps, Gascolators, Carburetor Heat Boxes, Electric Flap Adjusters to Airplane seats. Facility includes a complete salt bath heat treating system - Capability to heat treat to mil spec (MIL-H-6088C) specific to aircraft parts. Usher Precision is capable of handling your requirements from Prototype to Production with an experienced team of professionals well versed in Design, Engineering, Fixturing and Manufacturing. Usher utilizes MasterCam and Solidworks.
