Fusion is the leader in brazing and soldering automation. We take a process approach to automating your application by combining three key ingredients: Paste Filler Metals, Dispensing Equipment, and Automatic Machines. Paste Filler Metals permit single-step application of filler metal and flux to the assembly. Several hundred paste varieties are manufactured at our Willoughby, Ohio headquarters near Cleveland. Feasibility testing of new applications also takes place here, supported by our Technical Services Group, which provides input on the chemical and metallurgical aspects of parts joining. Fixed station and rotary indexing machines are designed and built from 60 to 2,000 parts per hour. The Fusion Process allows our customers to place "Total Responsibility" for their brazing and soldering needs with one reliable source. Fusion Systems Group, a separate Fusion entity, builds turnkey production machines for assembly, material handling, welding, robotic dispensing, etc.
