Manufactures precision vacuum melted alloys, master alloys and pure metals, tailored to order. Five high-vacuum chambers give the flexibility to satisfy demanding customer requirements for custom specialty alloys economically in prototype or production quantities. We provide metallurgical support and critical processing of melts ranging in size from "buttons" to 300# ingots. Provide ssputtering targets for physical vapor deposition. Our own vacuum induction melting (VIM) systems are at the heart of our operations, and VIM is the method of choice for precision high purity alloying requirements. It is an inherently clean process, and facilitates the removal of most high vapor pressure impurities via evaporation. The stirring action produced by its inductive power source insures compositional uniformity.
