Menges has a full in house process to Fabricate Roller Cores to 48” Diameter x 30’ and everything smaller. They offer a full Line of Idler rollers in Steel, Aluminum and Carbon Fiber in both live and dead shaft designs all with precision dynamic balancing. Heat Transfer / Chill Rollers are a big player at Menges offered in double shell spiral baffled or single shell configurations, in both mono and dual flow. These Chill / Heat Transfer Rollers can be Rubber or Urethane covered or Chrome Plated they offer super finishing or 16-64 rms as standards. They also have full service welding repair roller services for repair of roller cores their shafts and journals. Their in house Rubber Covering offers the following Elastomers: EPDM, Nitile, Nitrile PVC, Carboxalated Nitrile, Hydrogenated Nitrile, Hypalon, EPDM Silicone, Silicone, Neoprene, Natural Rubber, Viton, Urethane, Millable Urethane.
