Witmer Wood Products is a manufacturer of custom dovetail drawers. Drawer boxes can be specified in 1/32 inch or metric increments. Available in nine different wood species including aromatic cedar, birch, brown soft maple, cherry, mahogany, red oak, walnut, white hard maple, and white oak. Sides can be 1/2, 5/8, or 3/4 inch with the top edge finished square with a 1/16 inch radius on the top. A 3/8 inch radius is an optional soft edge for 1/2 inch sides. 1/4 and 1/2 inch plywood bottoms are available in eight species and melamine. Bottoms are hot glued on the underside. Bottom inset can be specified. Volume discounts start with as few as fifteen drawers. Custom options include U-drawer, corner drawer, cutdown sides drawers, slots for hanging files, and notch and bore for concealed slides. Drawers can be shipped knockdown or assembled. Hi-Bild lacquer finish or low VOC water base Kem-Aqua lacquer is available.
