Specialties include: small parts, close tolerances, engineering resins, thermoplastics, TPE over-molding for soft touch and feel, long and short runs, prototyping, and guarantees.
Newton T&M builds molds and produces molded parts in-house, in the USA. Our 11,000 sq. ft. industrial facility houses CNC mold production equipment and 11 injection molding machines ranging from 40 tons to 120 tons with shot sizes up to 4 oz. Mold building and injection molding production are closely monitored for quality and on-time delivery.
NTM provides customers with engineering and design support in mold and product design. We provide customers with free quotes and we guarantee them. We also guarantee the molds that we make and run for the life of the customer’s product. NTM does small-batch and rapid prototyping. Secondary operations include assembly and decorating.
Newton T&M is located in Newton, NJ. This northern New Jersey location has excellent access to major airports and has major-highway driving access to the New York/New Jersey extended metropolitan area, to eastern states along the I-95 corridor, and to eastern Pennsylvania from Philadelphia to the Lehigh Valley, the Poconos, and north. NTM serves and has served customers in states in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, and Mid-West regions.
