Blue Ash Tool & Die Co., Inc. has manufactured precision tools and gauges since 1964 for commercial as well as government customers and is S-523, MIL-I-45208 and CE certified. Our 20,000 square foot facility has the capability to manufacture small to large parts, specializing in unique ground support tooling for the aviation industry and complex parts manufacturing. A variety of in-house machining capabilities help maintain exceptional quality control over all aspects of complicated assemblies. This includes an electrical discharge machine for machining cavities, a wire EDM, a horizontal gear shaper for specialized gears and a hone machine to achieve the correct surface "fit to finish" on bored holes. Our CNC and NC machines are ideally suited for either single or multiple part production. Large weldments and castings are precision-milled and bored on our proven equipment and machined features and holes are verified using our precision inspection equipment.
