Since 1976, we have been supplying quality spare parts for the most commonly used furnaces in the USA. These include stainless steel transfer chains, high temperature fans, burner nozzles, radiant tubes, oxygen probes, and graphite felt and boards for vacuum furnaces. As part of our “go green” program, we have been offering state-of-the-art energy saving devices including high efficiency burner systems and radiant tube inserts. Energy savings of between 10 and 50 percent have been seen in the industry with these products. Also for the steel processing industry, we have introduced stainless steel shot blasting media. Recently we have entered into the hot dip galvanizing market. In addition to providing double salt flux and degreasers, we are currently marketing both a flux recycling machine and the Zinc Elephant®, an automatic centrifugal galvanizing unit capable of processing 5 metric tons per hour which achieves excellent uniformity of the zinc layer. Both product lines fall into our “go green” program as they reduce zinc ash and dross generation by a minimum of 30%.
