Customized plate rolling and brake forming. Steel fabricators, cold and hot rolling and forming of steel plate, bars, beams and heavy walled pressure vessels, heavy walled cylinders, roll, shape, form, flatten, bend heavy plate up to 10"+ thick, small diameter cylinders, forming to 18". Capable of working with variety of materials including stainless and mild steels, alloy steels of high stength, abrasive resistant steels, pressure vessel metals, aluminum and non-ferrous metals. Fabrication capability includes plate rolling of large thick wall and small diamenter pipes, flattening supplied material, rings & gear blanks, rings, heavy weldments, furnaces, ladles and pressure vessel parts and plate work fabrication. We service all energy sectors; solar, gasification of coal, hydro electric, petro chemical, atomic, gas and oil, mulitple components for offshore projects support. We also specialize in stringers for spiral staircases and numerous infrastructure items that require the rolling, bending and forming of structual steel and or piping.
