MANHOLES/WETWELLS/SUMPS- All of our manholes are H-20 traffic rated and are built to meet ASTM D-3753-05E1 standard which is the latest ASTM standard for FRP manholes. AFE uses absolutely no fillers such as silica sand, cotton seed bi-products or any other fillers. AFE can provide stubs and/or couplings to integrate our manholes into HOBAS, PVC, or concrete sewer systems with ease.
MANHOLE LINERS - AFE offers liners for easy rehabilitation of existing manholes/wet wells. Typically liners are fabricated at a diameter of 6” less than the existing manhole/wet well, to allow the annular space between the liner and existing structure to be filled with flowable fill or concrete.
SHELTERS - These enclosures are light-weight, corrosion resistant and insulated. FRP shelter buildings are used in various industries such as chemical feed, metering stations, waste-water treatment, fluoride systems and electrical and electronic switch gear.
PUMP COVERS - AFE manufactures pump covers, valve covers, sound-proofing and other enclosures for protecting equipment from the outdoor elements.
TANKS - These chop-hoop filament wound sizes range from 2 foot diameter to 12 foot diameter at various heights and lengths. Vessels are built to ASTM D-3299 specifications.
VALVE VAULTS - AFE valve vaults are structurally sound and designed for burial.
CUSTOM - AFE specializes in custom design, made-to-order specialty products.
SPILLWELLS - AFE manufactures spill wells used to provide chemical containment for chemical transport tanker trucks.
ARCHITECTURAL PRODUCTS - Some of these products include cornice, cupolas, dormers,column covers and domes. AFE also produces 3 foot – 12 foot wide (by various lengths) barrel ceilings.
