Foundation ArmorTM concrete sealers are highly concentrated, non-toxic, penetrating, permanent sealers specifically formulated to seal, strengthen, and protect concrete. Foundation Armor concrete sealers undergo a chemical reaction with the free calcium and lime naturally found in concrete – dramatically enhancing their natural characteristics and reducing the capillary voids to practically zero.

Foundation Armor concrete sealers don’t alter, stain, discolor or change the texture of the surface. They can be used on interior and exterior, above/below grade applications, and on vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Foundation ArmorTM Concrete Sealers STOP:

• Water and vapor migration up to 100psi
• Moisture vapor transmission up to .015 WVT
• Alkali attack and efflorescence attack

Foundation ArmorTM Concrete Sealers REDUCE:

• Transmission of hazardous gases, including Radon
• The absorption of chemicals, chlorides, solvents, fats and oils
• Internal chlorides by up to 50%-90%

Foundation ArmorTM Concrete Sealers PREVENT:

• The growth of mold, mildew, bacteria, lichen, and moss
• Flaking, cracking, scaling and spalling caused during freeze-thaw cycles
• Surface deterioration and discoloration

Foundation ArmorTM Concrete Sealers INCREASE:

• Overall strength, hardness, and density by up to 45%
• Bond strength of epoxies, paints, and stains by up to 20%
