Today, our core business is focusing on providing the highest quality rubber products to the oil & gas industry, and a variety of other markets. Utilizing new energy efficient PLC controlled Vacuum presses, we are able to maximize production and reduce costs. Our manufacturing equipment includes: a Panstone two-knife auto trimming machine, two rubber mills, a Barwell performer, three Panstone PLC Vacuum compression molding presses, and a press capable of handling mold sizes up to 4 feet by 4 feet. All of our rubber products we sell are made right here in our Tulsa, Oklahoma facility, so we can guarantee that our products are 100% m in the USA. Products include: NBR and HNBR Wellhead products; NBR (Nitrile), HNBR (HSN), FKM, and low-temp compound O-Rings. Stocked rubber materials include: NBR (Nitrile, Buna), SBR, HNBR (HSN), EPDM, Natural, Fluoroelastomer, Aflas, Neoprene, and Epichlorohydrin (ECO). Seahawk has extensive experience bonding rubber to metal, including steel, aluminum, and brass. Fabric reinforced elastomers are available and can be produced with Nitrile coated cotton weave fabric, Flouroelastomer coated cotton weave fabric, or Nitrile coated Aramid fabric.
