Voco Tool produces parts made from a variety of material including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Zinc, Pre-plated and Pre-painted materials. Voco Tool's highly skilled tool room staff specializes in prototype tooling and gage development. In fact, our strength is prototype development. All press operators receive extensive SPC training including gage training and statistical analysis, and have all received extensive instruction for our V65 Mitsubishi Heavy Industries CNC Vertical Machining Center and DWC 90G Mitsubishi CNC Wire EDM machine. All presses are equipped with automatic feeds capable of accurately feeding strips of any material from .010" to .188" thick and up to 15 inches wide. Voco Tool is capable of handling most of your stamping needs, including high volume precision parts or short run prototypes. Our engineers have an average of 35 years of tooling experience and are all Journeyman Tool & Die makers. Voco Tool is certified to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard and maintains Level 3 PPAP's for all jobs.
